Construction will begin this summer on relocating taxiway "B". The project, that is scheduled to begin in June, calls for the current taxiway to be torn up and rebuilt 100 feet west of its current location. This taxiway shift will bring the airport into compliance with a Federal Aviation requirement of 400 between the taxiway and our main runway 35. During the three-month construction, taxiway B will be closed. Aircraft will be required to hold and back taxi from runway 27.
